ARC Raiders' PvE toggle test wraps up tonight

A week of servers with no player damage ends at 7 pm Brisbane time. Next comes a feedback survey.

Embark's ARC Raiders has spent the past week testing a PvE matchmaking toggle. The official announcement gives the test window as 13 October to 20 October, 11:00 CEST. That's 7:00 pm on Tuesday 20 October in Brisbane.

On PvE servers, players can't damage each other, and stun and fire throwables don't affect other players. Overall loot value is lower. Some major map conditions don't offer PvE at all, including Night Raid, Locked Gate, Hidden Bunker, Frigate and Redirection. Embark also warned that matchmaking could be slower in low-population regions and at quiet hours, which matters for Oceania.

The test started with Update 2.1 on 13 October. Embark says it will send out a survey once the test ends, and that player feedback and in-game data will help it decide whether the toggle becomes a permanent part of the game.
